How long will it takes before I receive my order?

Delivery is done by Qxpress. Order received and paid by 9pm will be processed on the following day.  You will be notified via email/SMS after the order has been picked up by the courier service. Pls note that there is no courier pickup on Sunday/Public Holidays.  The courier service may take 1-3 days to delivery the order.  All in all, the order may be deliver within 5 working days after payment.

Can I self pickup my order?

Yes, for self pickup order, we will contact you to arrange the collection once the order is ready  Pickup is at 2024 Bukit Batok Street 23 or 118 Clementi St 13. No walk in purchase is available.

How much is the delivery charges?

Delivery is free for order of $50 and above.  Otherwise a $10 delivery charge applies.

What are the mode of payment?

The modes of payment are

  • Bank Transfer To POSBank Saving Account 103415667
  • Paylah / PayNow to 98268027

What if I need to amend / cancel my order?

Pls email the order number and changes to ecottage2014@gmail.com.  However if the order had already been picked-up by the courier service, we will not be able to make any amendment / cancellation. 

Can I do exchange if the products are faulty?

Exchange Policy
In the unlikely event, where there is a manufacturer fault, customer must inform eCottage.sg within 3 days.  The product has to be exchange within 5 days from the delivery date.  The venue for exchange is at 2024 Bukit Batok Street 23 (8am-11am) or 118 Clementi St 13 (after 3pm)

To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that there will NOT be any refund.  Customer can exchange for other items of higher value, and top up the differences.

All exchange will be done at the discretion of eCottage.sg.

What if the product I want is not listed on your website?

We are on a constant lookout for quality products to offer our customers. If you are looking for an item that is not on our web store, please email us at ecottage2014@gmail.com

What if I forget my password?

You can click “Forgot Your Password?” at the Login Page. You will be asked to provide your email address and upon submitting your email address, an email will be send to you with advise on resetting the password.
